Puan Rozita Ibrahim was born at Sungai Besar, Selangor. However, she was raised up at Felda Palong 7, Gemas, Negeri Sembilan. Rozita Ibrahim was a daughter from a middle-level family. Her father was an ustaz and a  teacher who taught religion studies around the vicinity of Felda while her mother was only a full-time housewife. As the eldest children in her family, he understood very well the burden of her family’s hardship life and poverty her family has to go through. With a strong determination and willpower, she faced it faced on, which taught her to become a matured and strong mind person in experiencing the harsh, real life.
Before becoming a well-known entrepreneur, Rozita Ibrahim had to go through ups and downs and she has been through the ordeal and hardship of being a single mother. Because of her family pressure and a force by her parents, she ended her maiden days in an age that is too young, when she was only a 16 years old teenage girl, with a husband that was choose by her family. In that age, Rozita does not have the opportunity to think about careers. Much of his life in spend with her family while helping her husband with tapping, supplying food and make contract farming on immigrants as well as running a grocery business in Felda Kechau 1, border Cave ferrets.
A Terrible tragedy occurred when supporting her 3 months old children when she was forced to replace milk with syrup to the baby. Her second child was sick and weak and had to use forest plants and herbs to treat it. Unfortunately, she did not have the opportunity to let her children experiencing a leisure life. She passed away for not getting the best treatment.
Because of the matter, this iron heart lady took other initiatives to work in the plantation sector to accommodate her family life. Experience working in this sector have found her with various groups of foreigners who are proficient in medicine derived from Lambok, Acheh, Madurese, Batak and Pattani around 1987. It helped broaden her knowledge and interest in the development of medicine that was derived from herbs.
She realized that those strong foreign workers are working very hard without feeling tired so easily even though they only took a little amount of food to satisfied their hunger. When she asked them, they answered they took and ate a forest plants and herbs, that’s why they have an energy even though they ate so little.
Next, she ventured into a business in small-scale - like selling leaves cigarette, newspapers, magazines and nasi lemak with a motorcycle. She was able to ignore the views and perspective of the people around her that often looked negatively at women who are willing to do the work of men. In her mind, what is most important to her was the wellbeing of herself and her children. Rozita Ibrahim strongly holds on principle, "Those who are lazy and wasting time are a fool and a waste".
For her, who seek a job with a halal payment, it was something to be proud of and there was not a thing to be ashamed of. After taking and done the various job well done and thanks for the patience, she finally managed to put together a capital of RM 2000.00.
With her saving fund, Puan Rozita migrated to Kuala Lumpur alone. She had to leave her village and family under the care of her husband. With a thousand dreams and a burning passion, she expects with migration this time she will be able to shape a perfect life for her family. She has done various types of jobs to accommodate her children’s need. She has worked as a production operator, receptionist, and worked as a hotel employee with the lowest salary RM350.00 per month. Alleged by the allegations, she encountered both in terms of financial or family problems that cannot be avoided.
She was also taking new steps by working in Publishing Group and subsequently gain a variety of experiences from either the bottom or top. Next, Puan Rozita gained business experience by working in the real estate division which exposed her and taught her to engage in business and she has to learn to speak English for preparation to start a business. At this time, she has begun to make a body slimming product to increase her income.
In 1997, with a capital of RM400 resulted of shock goods-jewelry, Puan Rozita started a business in generating new formulations and want to see the potential of traditional herbs and acceptance in society in Malaysia. Rozita Ibrahim started to research about a food and herbs that can help in reducing one’s body weight also the best diet for her to suit her age. She started some herbal formulation using a few hundred ringgits as her initial capital. In order to test her own formula, she put more weight and tried to bring it down using her formulation. Many were shocked when her body started to become slimmer and from that point, she saw slimming products as products a majority of women like to buy.
Her income from the sales of her own formula of the slimming product was not so much but still was much profitable than her salary as a worker at property firm, around RM1250. Rozita Ibrahim never dreams to be an entrepreneur that has a big name. Although she already has Sendayu Tinggi at that point of time, she did not quit her job because she loved her position and felt grateful someone still want to offer her that position.

Rozita Ibrahim has seven children. Her oldest daughter, Noorhayati Kamarzaman is now a Chief Executive Officer of Sendayu Tinggi. Moreover, one of her children, Aliff Syukri Kamarzaman has followed her footsteps in becoming an entrepreneur of beauty products. He was a founder of the brand, D’Herbs, which has its own loyal follower.
